PUBLIC EXPERIENCES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the PUBLIC EXPERIENCE. 

Any changes must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT. 

You will forfeit your ability to make any changes or receive any refunds if changes aren't made 24 hours prior to a start of Public Experience.

Every participant should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Instruction begins exactly at scheduled start time - no exceptions. Those who arrive 10 minutes after scheduled time will not be allowed to participate in the experience. Participants will forfeit that class and will not be eligible for a credit. Please plan accordingly. 

Participant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Unarthodox from any damages, actions, suits, claims, or other costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any damage to any property or any injury caused to any person (including death) caused by the Organizer’s use of the Space, including any acts or omissions on the part of Unarthodox, its employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, or other agents. Renter shall notify Unarthodox of any damage or injury of which it has knowledge in to, or near the Space, regardless of the cause of such damage or injury. Unarthodox is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property.

 

PRIVATE PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Terms and Conditions are a set of rules and guidelines that the Organizer must agree to in order to book a private event at Unarthodox.

Space Specifications
Unarthodox grants to the Organizer the following amenities at the Space: Main Room. Full use of Men and Women facilities. 

Condition
After the completion of the Event, the Organizer shall leave the Space in the same or similar condition as received from Unarthodox. All decorations should be taken down and discarded. Any rentals should be dismantled by Organizer and left out on hallway for pickup prior to the scheduled end of party.

Photo and Video
Unarhtodox holds the right to take photos and videos during public and private experiences in order to create a short film as one of the perks that we provide to our clients. These photos and videos can be used occasionally for the advertising and promotion purposes. The short movie created for each experience is not posted publicly. The client will receive a private link to a YouTube video and only those with this link will be able to view it. 

Damages
Beyond ordinary wear and tear, Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused by organizer's use of the Space. The Organizer shall arrange for the repair of any such damage. In the event if Organizer does not make any necessary repairs, Owner shall arrange for the same at Renter’s expense. A valid credit card is required prior to the occupying of space. Credit card will not be charged but held as security in case of any damage to facility. 

Cleanup
If Organizer books the Extended Private Party Option, Unarthodox will be responsible for all of cleaning including but not limited to mopping and clearing all trash generated at the Event. All rubbish, including food will be disposed of in the proper containers in accordance to the New York City Department of Sanitation. 

Indemnification
Organizer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Unarthodox from any damages, actions, suits, claims, or other costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any damage to any property or any injury caused to any person (including death) caused by the Organizer’s use of the Space, including any acts or omissions on the part of Unarthodox, its employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, or other agents. Renter shall notify Unarthodox of any damage or injury of which it has knowledge in to, or near the Space, regardless of the cause of such damage or injury. Unarthodox is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property.

Revocation
Unarthodox shall have the right to cancel the event at any time prior to the Event Date, provided it gives Organizer prior written notice of revocation. In the event that Unarthodox cancels the event for reasons other than nonpayment of fees or breach of this Agreement by Organizer, Unarthodox shall refund to Organizer the full amount paid by Organizer in connection with this Agreement, including the entire Deposit.

Cancellation
Organizer may cancel the Event by notifying Unarthodox by providing notice thirty one (31) days or more before the Event Date. In such an event, Unarthodox shall refund to Organizer the full amount of the party deposit. In the event that Organizer cancels within Thirty (30) days of the Event Date, Unarthodox reserves the right to retain the full Deposit. Unarthodox is not liable for issuing refunds in the unfortunate case of sickness or injury, if cancellation is made within 30 days of the event.  In the event of inclement weather, such as severe snow or rain conditions, it is the discretion of Unarthodox on whether or not to reschedule or cancel an event. Private events can be rescheduled up to 10 days prior to the scheduled event. A $150 fee will apply to all reschedule parties. It is the discretion of Unarthodox to reschedule private parties after the 10 day period.

Assignment
Neither Organizer or Unarthodox may assign or transfer their respective rights or obligations under these conditions without prior written consent from the other Party.
