FAQ
The price listed includes all of the supplies and approximately 3 to 4 staff. Tables and chairs are NOT included in the price. We rent all of the tables and chairs from a third party vendor. A minimum fee of $650 is required for all table and chair rentals.
Unarthodox charges a $3.50 fee for every mile outside of Manhattan. All bridge and road tolls will be calculated and added to the invoice prior to the event. Overnight accommodation fees may apply to any venue located 75 miles or more from our Chelsea, NYC headquarters. Fees depend on accommodation costs. An additional $400 per travel day will apply for all events requiring overnight stays.
Events requiring air travel, incur an additional $800 per day travel fee, not including airfare and accommodations. Additional travel fees include but are not limited to: Travel Time, Transportation, Staffing, Meals, Parking, and Tolls. Please see Mobile Terms and conditions for more information. For certain experiences, additional equipment fees may apply.
