FAQ
The price includes all necessary supplies and approximately 3 to 4 staff members. Please note that tables and chairs are not included in the price. These will need to be rented from a third-party vendor, and there is a minimum fee of $650 for all table and chair rentals.
Yes, Unarthodox charges a fee of $3.50 for every mile outside of Manhattan. All bridge and road tolls will be calculated and added to the invoice prior to the event. If your venue is located 75 miles or more from our Chelsea, NYC headquarters, overnight accommodation fees may apply, depending on the costs. For events requiring overnight stays, an additional $400 per travel day will be added.
For events that require air travel, an additional travel fee of $800 per day will apply, excluding airfare and accommodations. Additional travel fees may cover various costs such as travel time, transportation, staffing, meals, parking, and tolls. Please refer to our Mobile Terms and Conditions for more information.
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the event for a full refund. If canceled less than 15 days before the event, a credit will be issued for a future event. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.
